Use of Northstar

NorthStar is a creator analytics and planning platform intended to help creators organize their content, commerce data, product workflows, analytics, and business planning.

No Guarantee of Results

Northstar may provide recommendations, summaries, and generated creative plans based on available data. These outputs are decision-support tools and do not guarantee sales, revenue, platform growth, or business outcomes.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying data accuracy, complying with platform rules, following applicable laws, and deciding what content to publish.

Authorized Account Connections

Users may connect third-party services such as TikTok using official authorization methods. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect any account they authorize. NorthStar accesses connected account data only after user authorization and only for the purpose of providing requested application features.

Platform Connections

Any future TikTok or third-party integration must use official authorization flows and comply with the connected platform's terms, API policies, and approval requirements.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Northstar evolves.
